Who we are
ApexiGames is the game studio brand of Apex Infinity LLC, Washington. This policy covers apexigames.com and messages you send to player support. For privacy questions, contact support@apexigames.com.
Visiting this website
We use Amazon Web Services to deliver this website. Hosting services process technical information, such as your IP address and the page requested, to respond to your browser. We do not enable detailed visitor access logs for this website; we use aggregate operational metrics to monitor traffic and errors. AWS may process service information under its own practices.
This website does not use advertising scripts, analytics, tracking cookies, embedded social widgets, visitor accounts, or contact forms. Images, styles, and scripts are served with the site. Email links open your email application. External websites, including Apple's services, have their own privacy practices.
Support messages
When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your message, device details, or attachments. We use Google Workspace to receive, store, and answer these messages. We use this information to provide support, investigate problems, handle privacy requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Sharing and service providers
We use AWS for hosting and Google Workspace for email. We do not sell personal information from website visits or support messages or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate abuse, or establish or defend legal rights.
Retention and your choices
Our retention policy is to keep resolved support messages for 12 months after resolution, unless an ongoing dispute or legal obligation requires longer. Provider-managed backups or legal holds may retain residual copies beyond routine mailbox deletion.
You can contact support@apexigames.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need proportionate information to verify a request and may retain information required for legal obligations or disputes. Requests concerning information controlled independently by Apple or another provider should be directed to that provider.
Our games
Bucket Battalion is still in development and is not available to download from this website. Before its release, we will publish game-specific privacy information covering its actual features and services, including any iCloud, purchases, Game Center, and advertising functionality. This website policy does not describe a released game's data practices.
Children and privacy
This website does not offer player accounts or ask children to submit information through forms. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed, please contact us. Audience settings and privacy safeguards for each game will be addressed before that game's release.
Security and international processing
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
